Collection of Information from Children:

We do not seek information directly from children. If you are under 13, you should not provide us with any information without the involvement of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may register a child age 14 or over to visit or join one of our courses.

Notice to California Minors (California Residents under age 18):

The State of California requires an operator of an internet website that is directed to CA minors to comply with California S.B. 568 and allow California minors to remove or request and obtain removal of content they posted to a website. To make assessments about your learning needs in relation to app design in order to create your bespoke syllabus and better tailor the Services and the Materials to your needs.

For monitoring purposes to improve the relevance and quality of the Site, Services and Materials, e.g. to make assessments of how proficient particular user groups are at designing apps.

To ensure that content in the Materials is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.

To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes.

To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.

To allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so.

In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal information to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal information in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NiSE LLC, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

We may disclose your proficiency score and progress to your employer or any affiliate organization through which you have purchased or obtained access to the Site.

We may disclose information that we hold about you to data processors who process personal information on our behalf. Any such disclosure will be disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy or otherwise permitted by law.

We may use aggregated information about our users in press releases relating to NiSE LLC or for similar purposes. Where we do this, we will do so in a way that neither you nor any other users are identifiable.


Our web servers automatically collect website usage information from you when you visit our website. In common with the majority of websites you visit, this site employs log files. These log files record data from visitors to this site. The data gathered is non-personal and may include things such as your: Internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP) name, entry and exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track customers’ movements on the site, and gather broad demographic information for our exclusive use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information, and we do not store IP addresses in our database. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access the Materials, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Refund Policy

Same-day refunds are available as long as students have not started the course. If you have started the course or it is longer than 3 calendar days before the request has been received, only a partial refund shall be issued.

We shall not be liable for any breach of our obligations under these Terms where we are hindered or prevented from carrying out our obligations by any cause outside our reasonable control.

If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.

These Terms are not enforceable by any person who is not a party to it. This means that you and us are the only people who can enforce these Terms.

Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

If you are a consumer, please note that these Terms are governed by Washington state law. This means a contract for the purchase of products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by Washington state law. You and we both agree to that the courts of Washington will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a business, a contract made between us and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Washington state.

If you are a business, we both irrevocably agree that the courts of Washington state shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with a contract or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

This is what they mean: "Course" means proficiency tests training courses and competency tests sold on our site in relation various disciplines including (without limitation) business and lifestyle skills and which consist of the Materials.

"Direct Purchase" means a purchase of our Course directly from our site.

"Indirect Purchase" means a purchase of our Courses through a third party voucher based retailer or third party organization.

"Materials" means any documents, images, text, videos, electronic files or any other materials which are

We have the right to disable your Registration Details at any time if you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. We may process the information that we collect about you during the registration and otherwise during your use of our site in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


For the purposes of these terms of use "Intellectual Property Rights" shall mean but not be limited to trade marks and service marks, trade names and business names, rights in goodwill, rights in designs, copyrights (including copyright in artistic, literary, dramatic, musical or other works and photographs), patents, rights in inventions, database rights, rights in know-how, confidential information and trade secrets and all other intellectual property rights (whether or not any of these is registered and including applications for registrations and rights to apply for registrations) and all rights and forms of protection of a similar nature or having equivalent effect to any of these which may subsist anywhere in the world.

On downloading the Materials from our site, you own the medium on which the Materials are recorded, but we do not transfer title to such Materials to you and we retain full and complete title to the Materials and all Intellectual Property Rights therein. We have no control over and do not accept responsibility for Other Sites or for the content or products of Other Sites (including, without limitation, relating to social networking sites such as Facebook) and we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
